What should I wear to a session?

Comfortable clothing. You remain fully clothed during the session, and a light blanket is provided to help you relax.

Do I need to prepare anything before coming?

No preparation is needed. Just arrive a few minutes early, and try not to eat a heavy meal right before your session.

What if I don’t feel anything during the session?

That’s completely normal. Some people feel warmth, tingling, deep relaxation — others feel very little. Reiki works gently in the background, even if the sensations are subtle or not noticeable.

How will I feel afterwards?

You will feel calm, lighter, or emotionally clear. Sometimes you may feel tired or emotional — this is simply your body releasing stress and rebalancing.

How many sessions do I need?

Many people choose regular sessions to support ongoing stress relief and emotional balance, while others simply come once for relaxation

Can I fall asleep during the session?

Yes, and it’s very common. Falling asleep simply means your body feels safe and relaxed.
